Casio Exlim Digital Camera
I've had a Casio Exlim since they were released in their first incarnation a few years ago. It had a 1.3 mega pixel capacity, and came with a measly 12mb internal memory - you have to buy a memory card for it to be useful.
With the S1 that I have, I find that the battery lasts just long enough to fill up a 64mb card with the flash on - which I thinks quite good! For examples of image quality - just look at most of the images on this site - 90% are taken by the Casio.
The new version, the S2, S3 and now S4 have increasingly impressive features, and are all the same size - though the later ones have a much improved (not that the old one was bad) screen.
Recommended if you need a good quality, small and robust camera - mine has survived alot of abuse, and being lent to people etc.
